Elle se d\u00e9cline en 4 \u00e9tapes successives :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensibilisation et formation aux outils du LEAN adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entrep\u00f4t<\/li>\n<li>Cartographie des processus : observation terrain \/ Photos \/ Echanges avec les op\u00e9rationnels<\/li>\n<li>Animation des ateliers LEAN impliquant les op\u00e9rateurs terrain : mat\u00e9rialisation des propositions d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration en temps r\u00e9el<\/li>\n<li>Mesure des actions : validation du plan de mise en \u0153uvre des actions et d\u00e9finition des
